This policy explains how PT Beyonder Technology (“Beyonder”) handles personal data in Akad, in line with Indonesia’s Personal Data Protection Law (UU 27/2022). / Kebijakan ini menjelaskan bagaimana PT Beyonder Technology menangani data pribadi di Akad sesuai UU Perlindungan Data Pribadi (UU 27/2022).
1. What we collect · Data yang kami kumpulkan
Account details you provide (name, email, phone), the content of your proposals, projects, invoices, files, and messages, and basic technical logs (IP address, timestamps) used to secure the service and to record proposal acceptances. / Data akun (nama, email, telepon), isi proposal/proyek/invoice/berkas/pesan Anda, serta log teknis dasar (alamat IP, waktu) untuk keamanan dan pencatatan persetujuan.

We process this data to deliver the service and manage our engagement with you — that is, on the basis of performing our contract. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising. / Kami memproses data untuk menjalankan layanan dan mengelola kerja sama (dasar pelaksanaan kontrak). Kami tidak menjual data Anda.
3. Security & isolation · Keamanan & isolasi
Access is restricted by login; each client only ever sees their own organisation’s data, enforced at the database query layer. Passwords are stored only as salted hashes. Internal commercial information (our costs, margins, hours, notes) is never exposed to clients by design. / Akses dibatasi login; tiap klien hanya melihat data organisasinya sendiri. Kata sandi disimpan sebagai hash bergaram.
4. Retention · Penyimpanan
We keep engagement records (proposals, acceptances, invoices) for as long as needed for the relationship and to meet legal/tax obligations, then delete or anonymise them. / Kami menyimpan catatan kerja sama selama diperlukan dan untuk memenuhi kewajiban hukum/pajak.
5. Your rights · Hak Anda
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data, and withdraw consent where applicable. Contact us and we will respond within a reasonable time. / Anda dapat meminta akses, koreksi, atau penghapusan data pribadi Anda.
